The hand-marked ballot wins for accuracy - Turns out, MIT did a study on what voting methods actually worked after the 2000 elections. Their finding: Electronic voting - both the old and new variety, perform scarcely better than punch cards, the worst existing form of voting. The best? Hand marking (complete the arrow), and SAT-style bubble filling voting slips.
